At 3pm Beijing time on September 3, the Zhugeliang team met with Teacher Li Qi for the first time to discuss the specific requirements of curriculum and several major topics for the project. Teacher Li Qi, as the instructor, explained his design and planning of the project to the team members. Finally, we confirmed that the final topic was tentatively selected as a specific frequency sound proof wall.
Project content introduction
We are designing an efficient soundproof wall to reduce noise impact on the surrounding environment. It is essential to ensure the wall’s stability and durability under various environmental conditions. By designing a reasonable wall structure, we can ensure the effective use of soundproof materials and the wall’s stability. Detailed acoustic analysis has been conducted to evaluate and optimize the soundproofing performance of the design. The goal is to design and construct a wall that effectively reduces noise pollution, thereby improving the living environment and health of residents. While ensuring soundproofing effectiveness, we also aim to control costs and ensure the project’s economic viability.
